Welcome to the web page for the Arlington Travel Basketball program. Arlington Travel Basketball organizes teams of Arlington boys in grades 4th through 8th grade and girls in grades 4th through 9th grade that compete in the competitive Fairfax County Youth Basketball League (“FCYBL”) against "select" teams from other areas in Northern Virginia.
The FCYBL league is run during the traditional winter basketball season. Practices start in October, and games are played from December through February.
Tryouts for Arlington Travel Basketball teams are open to all Arlington boys and girls and are held every year at the beginning of October.
Arlington Travel Basketball is separate from the county-run "house league," which is an inter-Arlington league that does not hold any tryouts. For more information on Arlington house league basketball, click here.

Teams Announced for 2009-10 Season
Tryouts for the upcoming travel season were held on October 1, 2, 5, and 6 and are now complete. The coaches thank all of the players that came out and worked hard in the tryouts. To view team selections, go to the Teams page and click on the link for your age group.
